NATALE 3D SOLUTIONS is a Perth-based 3D printing and manufacturing service focused on delivering quality, reliable results.

I started the business to explore and develop skills in 3D printing, transforming ideas into real-world products. What began as a learning process has now evolved into a reliable and growing manufacturing service.

I work with individuals, tradespeople, and businesses, providing practical printing for projects ranging from single prototypes to large production batches. My goal is to grow into a full manufacturing business while maintaining a strong focus on reliability and customer service.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

NATALE 3D SOLUTIONS acts solely as a provider of printing services. By submitting any .STL file for production, the Customer represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of said design or have obtained explicit, written permission for its reproduction. The Customer agrees to fully indemnify NATALE 3D SOLUTIONS against any claims of copyright, patent, or trademark infringement.

2. FITNESS FOR PURPOSE

Parts are produced exactly as per the .STL file provided by the Customer. NATALE 3D SOLUTIONS makes NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE FITNESS OF ANY PART FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Customer assumes all risk regarding the mechanical performance, chemical compatibility, and safety of the printed components in their intended environment.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall NATALE 3D SOLUTIONS be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, machine failure, property damage, or personal injury) arising from the use of products manufactured by us. Our total liability is limited strictly to the replacement of the part or a refund of the order value.

4. TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER

3D printing is an additive process with inherent variances in strength based on orientation and geometry. We do not knowingly produce unauthorized protected items, weapons, or regulated medical devices. Files must be provided in .STL format.
